- you will need to have strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment exercises
- you will need to have the ability to take initiative, provide creative solutions to problems and apply knowledge accordingly
- the ability to communicate effectively is also paramount
- you will also need to be an effective communicator who enjoys working with people and who can quickly understand the needs of the people at the work place
- experience working within a recruitment agency or inhouse recruitment team, would be an advantage but is not essential. Previous experience of working in the care sector is an added advantage
