you will be someone who enjoys working in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change, often at very short notice
you will need to have strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment exercises
you will need to have the ability to take initiative, provide creative solutions to problems and apply knowledge accordingly
the ability to communicate effectively is also paramount
you will also need to be an effective communicator who enjoys working with people and who can quickly understand the needs of the people at the work place
experience working within a recruitment agency or inhouse recruitment team, would be an advantage but is not essential. Previous experience of working in the care sector is an added advantage
