Responsibility

  • assisting MD with general day-to-day work, and overseeing multiple workstreams
  • work closely with the PM to monitor and report on the progress of the project
  • liaise with different PMs to ensure projects are on track and delivered on time
  • coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration
  • support PM to proactively identify risks or opportunities that affect the project program
  • chair project meetings and produce minutes
