Responsibility

  • developing external client’s case management system as per their requirements
  • consulting with external parties, planning workflows and job specifications from requirements meetings
  • taking ownership of your workload and time to ensure that project deadlines are reached
  • working as part of the wider development team
  • acting as a mentor for junior members of staff
  • this role is client facing and you will spend most of your time showcasing your Proclaim/ Actionstep and/or any other case management development skills to create and enhance workflow for our clients
  • delivering training where necessary
  • you will be responsible for all elements of the Case Management Development tools and will work closely with the Senior Management team and our clients to ensure quality and service delivery is maintained to the highest level

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years’ developer experience using the Proclaim, Actionstep and/or any other Case Management Development Environment
  • user interface design
  • document management and formatting
  • planning, designing, and developing bespoke workflows using Visio or Lucid Chart
  • translating workflows design into live production
  • advanced Reports
  • data import and export
  • case Management Developing: 2 years
