Responsibility
- our aim is to make the world a better place, one charge point at a time
- produce high quality and technically correct drawings, amend and revise drawings, produce plans in co-ordination with the Operations Team
- create 2D/3D existing & proposed plans, technical drawings and initial concepts
- use computer aided design technologies to produce and develop sketches, drawings and documents
- our aim is to become a market leader in the provision of Electric Vehicle charging solutions to Local Authorities and Businesses as part of our strategy to lead the transition to zero carbon
- take an active role in project and design team meetings and the coordination process
- the goal is to undertake an ambitious electric vehicle charging installation program, deploying high volume and quality EV installations across the nation
- liaise with Management regarding ongoing jobs and upcoming projects
Requirements
- level 2 or 3 Award in 2D Computer-Aided Design
- level 2 Diploma in Engineering Technology
- level 3 Diploma in Engineering design and draughting
- practical CAD experience – minimum of 3 years experience
- planning consultation drawings
- computer literate particularly in the use of CAD software
- the ability to produce technical drawings
- knowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standards
