- zentech IT is a leading IT service provider for small and medium sized businesses across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire
- investigate and resolve support requests from clients
- onsite visits to client locations to resolve support requests and perform maintenance
- A strong passion for technology is a must along with dedication to helping others and building strong customer relationships
- design solutions, manage projects and undertake new installations for clients
- the role is remote working with occasional client site visits when required
- investigate and deploy new technologies to meet client requirements and optimise internal procedures

- strong personal & communication skills
