- react to enquiries quickly and efficiently and have a high conversion rate ensuring no guest is left behind
- take charge of our busy late night service, managing a team
- drive new revenue opportunities through partnerships and events, keeping up with market trends
- deliver an exceptional booking experience for teams and guests and be a support for the BDM to deliver incredible experiences
- communication with the host team to ensure books are managed and maintained effectively
- you want to know and understand our guests needs and wants, ensuring we are exceeding them at all times
- assisting with our late-night bookings
Requirements
- have a minimum of 1 year’s sales and/or reservations experience within hospitality
- A team player with a can-do attitude who thrives on delivering to tight deadlines
- willing to work evenings and weekends
- strong work ethic
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
