  • have extensive experience in dealing with credit hire more specifically pre and post litigated matters

  • ability to manage relationships and agreements with third parties
  • strong knowledge of relevant case law and the ability to interpret and apply it effectively
  • have a proven track record of handling an independent caseload
  • possess excellent written/verbal communication and research skills
  • excellent drafting/ negotiating skills
