Responsibility

  • ● Handling a medium size caseload from start to finish
  • ● Varied private family cases including; divorce & separation, children matters, cohabitation
  • agreements, finances, domestic violence injunctions, pre/post nuptial agreements
  • ● Reviewing and assessing each individual case
  • ● Drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
  • ● Some general civil litigation - resolving disputes to reach a settlement outside of court
  • ● Working with high-net-worth clients and advising them of their options and rights
  • ● Liaising with other professionals

Requirements

  • PQE: 1 year
