- leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing valuable guidance and support including reviews and PDP's
- conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and streamlined development processes
Requirements
- proven track record as a Full Stack Developer, with a particular penchant for Vue.js
- proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- familiarity with version control systems and familiarity with agile development methodologies
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as agency experience
