Responsibility
- developing creative concepts and design solutions for packaging and branding projects
- collaborating with clients and other team members to understand their needs and preferences
- developing creative and innovative concepts for branding and packaging projects
- keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- creating and presenting design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- producing high-quality design work that meets the brief and exceeds expectations
- working closely with project managers and senior designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- presenting designs to clients and making revisions based on feedback
Requirements
- strong experience in packaging and branding design with a portfolio to support this with an emphasis on packaging
- strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- experience designing for the museum, heritage and culture sectors; specifically, visitor experience
- strong portfolio of cross channel campaigns across both print, digital and experiential
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- proficient in Adobe Suite, Sketchup and 3D modelling software
- proficient with the Adobe Suite including After Effects and some animation experience
- ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider agency team
