Responsibility
- to ensure all standards are met in Housekeeping areas and high mark achieved in any internal/external audit
- to develop and implement action plans to address any short falls in standard
- hotel Level Team Manager
- conduct regular audits of the hotels
- complies with Hotel Policies and Procedures
- participates in the preparation of the hotel budgets and capex plans
- maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage
- ensure the hotels are maintaining adequate stock levels and completing stock takes as required
Requirements
- understand and respond to customers’ needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- ensure guest request are carried out in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all the times to promote a good company image to colleagues
- housekeeping: 1 year
- deal with complaints/problems politely and positively and make every effort to resolve them. If you cannot resolve them, advise full details to the Front Office Manager/ Hotel Manager
- ✓ UK citizen or valid work permit ✓ Training experience
