ZEAL HOTELS is looking for employees for positions:

head housekeeper

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • to ensure all standards are met in Housekeeping areas and high mark achieved in any internal/external audit
  • to develop and implement action plans to address any short falls in standard
  • hotel Level Team Manager
  • conduct regular audits of the hotels
  • complies with Hotel Policies and Procedures
  • participates in the preparation of the hotel budgets and capex plans
  • maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage
  • ensure the hotels are maintaining adequate stock levels and completing stock takes as required

Requirements

  • understand and respond to customers’ needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • ensure guest request are carried out in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all the times to promote a good company image to colleagues
  • housekeeping: 1 year
  • deal with complaints/problems politely and positively and make every effort to resolve them. If you cannot resolve them, advise full details to the Front Office Manager/ Hotel Manager
  • ✓ UK citizen or valid work permit ✓ Training experience
