Responsibility

  • develop go to market strategy to drive growth across digital channels
  • oversee the planning, development and execution of an ambitious marketing budget, with a results-oriented approach
  • build and lead the crypto marketing team and manage relevant marketing communities
  • work with cross-functional team to establish growth strategies to support aggressive growth targets
  • device paid media strategy, plan and KPI's
  • analyse the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPIs, meet ambitious growth KPIs
  • perform research on the Crypto market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of our business
  • manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth

Requirements

  • proven experience in a similar role within the Crypto industry
  • at least 5 years hands-on experience across either SEO, Media Buying and/or Affiliates
  • solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, analytics and online customer acquisition
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
