Responsibility

  • oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
  • develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety guidelines
  • optimize inventory levels by implementing effective inventory control strategies, conducting regular cycle counts, and managing stock replenishment
  • ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to coordinate warehouse activities and meet customer requirements
  • implement and maintain a robust warehouse management system to track inventory, manage shipments, and generate performance reports
  • manage a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety awareness, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
  • proven experience working as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the textile or apparel industry
  • strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
  • familiarity with warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications
  • excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all warehouse activities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
