Responsibility

  • hold a portfolio of work across a range of resourcing areas for the charity
  • support the Head of Resources in effective delivery of key strategy objectives across service delivery, finance, HR and fundraising operations
  • support key workers in the administration of accurate recording of service user needs assessments
  • meet individual performance targets and contribute towards meeting team performance targets in respect of the service
  • maintain up to date records via relevant and appropriate systems within specified timeframes and produce reports as required
  • support delivery of all HR transactional administration including recruitment, selection, appointment, induction and exit interviews
  • support delivery of welfare support to staff to include internal promotion of staff benefits and liaison with external providers
