Responsibility
- ensure strict compliance with legislation and our internal policies and procedures, particularly relating to Health & Safety, environmental and quality control
- responsibility for the management of Plant, Labour & Resource on all YPPGC Operational Sites
- managing the project lifecycle from end to end, through mobilisation, delivery through to completion
- managing, planning, reporting, forecasting and implementing mitigation plans as appropriate
- positively develop and manage strong client relations
- have a keen eye on design and buildability
- initiate and manage – Lessons Learnt. Report on these and feedback to the Business to ensure that the they are considered on future projects
- ensure that the Site Files are updated by the
Contract type
- reports to Senior Construction Manager & Company Directors
- review of incoming tenders alongside Senior Management and Directors to ensure costs / buildability and value engineering have been considered
- knowledge of both JCT and NEC Contracts
- assist in Contract Review and Engagement
- strong leadership capabilities
- create Initial Programme for the work tendered to ensure that YPPGC can facilitate the work if we are to be successful
- experience of building strong relationships both internally and externally
- the ability to manage and build strong performing teams
