  • the Membership Development Manager will lead on managing the delivery of all three Quality Mark levels
  • the role will primarily engage with and support youth organisations undertaking Quality Marks with us and, as an experienced youth work professional, will support and assess all three Quality Mark levels
  • this role will line manage the new Membership Development Officer and will work alongside colleagues from the team to deliver the programme
  • the successful candidate will lead on the monitoring and evaluation of the programme, track member progress throughout their journey and manage the demand of the Quality Mark, to ensure that we maximise the impact of the products
