Responsibility
- this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about construction
- perform physical labour helping to make modular homes
- fitting windows, installation and flooring
- as a labourer, you will be responsible for key aspects of our build from assembling and installing light gauge steel, fitting windows and flooring, and other key jobs required for our clients projects
- ensure that the job site is clean and safe for others at all times
- you will play an important role in the success of our construction projects by using your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure as a team we create a fantastic finished product
- basic painting and plastering
- use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment needed for construction projects
Requirements
- 1/2 years of experience in the construction industry as a skilled labourer
- knowledge of construction techniques and tools
- willingness to work hard as an individual and part of a team
- skilled with power tools
- excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- health and safety awareness and compliance, including working at heights and using power tools safely
