- one of the UK’s largest last mile delivery companies is seeking an organised, dynamic, and dependable candidate to join the Customer Service Team helping to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of Business customers and parcel consignees
Responsibility
- handle inbound/outbound calls to customers and parcel recipients
- process loss/damage claims for parcels
- liaise with sortation regarding parcel returns
- monitor incoming emails from customers and recipients and ensure they are responded to within target SLAs
- support the Commercial Team with any queries they need help with
- assist our overseas remote CS Team with queries/questions
- take ownership of complaints
- take ownership of messages/comments on our Facebook Page
