- pastry preparation in our central kitchen
- input into the design of our new menus and continual innovation of our offering
- receive product verifying invoices and quality of merchandise
- assist in training employees to company standards and managing casual kitchen staff
- ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and to a high standard
- help ensure the appropriate health and safety standards and food hygiene practices are followed
- must-have qualifications
- 2 or more years' experience of working as a Pastry Chef
