for hirers who run groups involving children, keep a copy of the hirer’s Safeguarding Policy on file and a record of the name of their Safeguarding Officer
perform any other appropriate duties as may be requested by the Trustees from time to time
keep a record on hours worked by the Caretaker, Premises Manager and Hall Manager each month , and provide information in the middle of each month to the designated trustee for approval, prior to emailing this to the external payroll provider
attend Management Committee meetings as required, providing a report on hall usage and any issues with hires
ensure adherence to the Hall’s Health & Safety policies and procedures, and that the Premises subcommittee is informed immediately of any incident which has led, or may lead, to injury to any person using the Hall, including any accident reports submitted by hirers
in liaison with the Facilities Manager, place orders for repair and maintenance/inspections, ensuring, when necessary, that quotes have been obtained and Trustee approval given
