Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for answering calls on behalf of a numerous clients placing orders along with taking customer service calls
  • \*\*\*\*\*\*\*You must be able to commit to these hours to be considered for this position\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\
  • this job may become permanent for the right candidate
  • please note this is an inbound only call centre. We also require flexibility as we are open 24/7 so Bank holidays/Xmas will be required
  • the hours will vary as we require 1 person for saturday and Sunday and 2 evenings per week which is 24 hours per week and also a part time person working 4 mornings per week and a Saturday morning

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
