sales administrator
Responsibility
- reporting to a Director on a day-to-day basis
- assisting the sales team’s across 3 branches with administrative tasks
- processing & amending sales orders and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- maintaining customer records and managing data entry in our CRM system
- coordinating with the finance and service departments to facilitate seamless transactions
- handling customer enquiries when required and providing information about our products and services
- preparing regular sales and despatch reports
- assisting in the organising of promotional events and sales campaigns
Requirements
- previous experience in an administrative role within a retail environment is preferred
- strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
