Requirements

  • proven experience in visual merchandising, including expertise in planogramming, preferably in outdoor living or home goods retail
  • strong understanding of visual design principles and the ability to create compelling displays
  • proficiency in planogram software and the ability to create detailed and efficient store layouts
  • excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • ability to work independently and across multiple locations
  • strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • familiarity with current trends in outdoor living and design
  • this role is based at our HQ flagship store and also YO60 7SE and DH3 2SN

Responsibility

  • collaborate with store managers and sales associates to execute visual merchandising plans and achieve sales goals
  • monitor and analyse visual merchandising trends and customer behavior to keep our stores fresh and exciting
  • ensure consistent store layouts, and promotional setups across all locations
