Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- process end-to-end payroll for a range of clients ensuring compliance to industry specific regulations
- technical lead on software issues
- ensure Payroll knowledge is kept up-to-date with changes in payroll law
- responsive to employee and client payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
- maintain employee records, tax information and other payroll-related data
- ad-hoc administration and financial tasks
Requirements
- proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, with a good understanding of payroll processing and regulations
- payroll Software – Iris Staffology cloud based preferred, but proficiency with similar packages acceptable
- accuracy and attention to detail working with confidential personal data
- ability to work independently within a supportive Accountancy Practice
- strong communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- good time management skills to meet weekly/monthly payroll deadlines
- proficiency in Office 365
