- booking appointments for various aspects of the company and managing calendars using a CRM system
- proofreading and performing quality assurance checks on reports
- dispatching reports to relevant parties and completing any follow-up tasks
- managing incoming and outgoing emails, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence
- ensuring students submit required documents prior to their appointments
- maintaining and updating company databases and filing systems
- collaborating with various teams to support their administrative needs
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar administrative role
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in reading
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in core office systems, including MS Office
- exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- efficient time management and ability to meet challenging deadlines
