Responsibility

  • working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8am – 12 midday with every 3rd weekend off
  • applicants must hold a full clean driving licence
  • due to additional growth, Yorkshire Industrial Tyres are looking for a commercial mobile tyre fitter to join our family-run team in Barnsley
  • you will have the ability to work independently and efficiently, showing initiative, and be able to complete associated paperwork via our electronic system with accuracy
  • applicants must be available to cover the on-call rota as required for which you would receive standby and call-out pay which is on top of the expected salary prediction
  • the job covers the Yorkshire area fitting/servicing various commercial tyres. Experience of previous tyre fitting is preferred; however training will be given for the right candidate
  • in return we offer a generous 'performance based' bonus scheme enabling a real expected salary of £30K+ per annum for experienced fitters
