- answering and redirecting calls as needed with completed notes onto our monitoring system
- build and maintain professional relationships with clients and carers based on trust, respect and honesty
- support team meetings and production of minutes
- support with holiday acceptance and documentation
- report any incidents/accidents or concerns in a timely manner through our internal recording system
- complete any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as requested by the Registered Manager
- assist with the day to day running of an office, meet and greet visitors, filing, attending meetings and minute taking, some auditing, ordering stationary, upkeep of existing filing systems
