Responsibility
- work alongside the Operations and Business Manager to seek out opportunities to grow and develop business opportunities
- to ensure that all staff have regular supervisions and appraisals in line with CDY policies
- to monitor, improve and where necessary meet with staff when performance falls below what is expected by CDY
- to ensure that mandatory, core and development training is up to date for all staff in all service areas
- to ensure that the services you are responsible for meet the requirements of
- to ensure effective systems, procedures, protocols, risk assessments and support plans are in place and followed to ensure a safe, high-quality service is delivered, focusing on customer aspirations and desired outcomes
- to uphold Care Dynamics RICI values
- set clear expectations of all individuals, discussing performance on a regular basis to motivate and create a culture of excellence in service delivery
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years’ experience within the social care sector
- minimum of 2 year’s management experience
- experience of managing CQC regulated services, with a demonstrable knowledge of the fundamental standards
- highly motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- excellent organisational skills
- sound and up to date knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
- A high standard of literacy and to write reports and other relevant correspondence
