Responsibility
- ● Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house
- ● Welcomes clients to the spa, including providing guidance on the facilities available
- ● Serving Afternoon Teas and Grazing Boards to guests, including laying out food on trays
- ● Brewing, stocking and maintaining the tea, coffee and fruit water available to guests throughout the day
- ● Making beds to a professional standard in a timely manner
- ● Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms & communal facilities throughout the day
- ● Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service
- ● Ensures housekeeping standards are followed
