  • ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations are complied with in accordance with Liberty policies, procedures and practices and ensure any appropriate remedial action is taken
  • reporting to : Director of Care Services
  • ensure a robust governance system is in operation which ensures the service delivery is regularly audited and any actions identified are completed in a timely manner
  • to be prepared to deal with emergencies and to take appropriate action in a timely manner including making a situation safe, reporting safeguarding allegations or incidents to the relevant authorities including the submission of CQC notifications
