- our Group Finance team plays a vital role in consolidating and preparing Group monthly management accounts, annual and half-yearly financial statements
- we also provide invaluable support to various functions within the Group, particularly with projects related to acquisitions and disposals of subsidiaries
- our team takes pride in maintaining the integrity of our consolidation package, and you could be a part of it
- are you a skilled accountant ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic team? We are seeking a Group Accountant to be a key player in delivering consolidated financial information to our Board and Group Leadership Team while ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- create custom reports to support financial control, Treasury, Tax, and M&A departments
- maintain accuracy by updating consolidation adjustment journals, controlling intercompany eliminations, and conducting variance analyses
- be prepared for ad hoc financial reports and analysis requests, especially during major transactions or changes to the group structure
Requirements
- ACA-qualified accountant
- 1-2 years PQE
- previous experience with a Big 4 firm or FTSE 250 business
