Responsibility
- greet and welcome customers warmly and friendly, providing excellent customer service from the moment they enter the establishment until they leave
- provide detailed information about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any specials or promotions
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system to process payments and ensure order accuracy
- prepare takeaway orders, ensuring they are packed neatly and include all necessary items, such as utensils and condiments
- serve food and beverages to dine-in customers promptly and professionally, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality
- monitor and respond to customer needs and requests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- clear and clean tables efficiently, always ensuring a clean and organised dining area
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, communicating any special requests or modifications to the chef
Requirements

- in your role as Front of House Staff, you will be greeting customers and serving food and beverages to their table whilst ensuring your customer service is a top tip, as well as other general FOH staff duties
