Responsibility

  • proactively maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers and Distributors
  • proactively develop and realise sales and marketing actions for assigned Prospects and Distributor customers
  • maintain the Company’s CRM database with customer and prospect details and relevant sales information
  • manage all new registrations and determine initial sales potential and customer needs
  • identify key contacts and build and maintain effective relationships with key decision makers
  • establish and maintain knowledge of company products and their applications and develop an understanding of their sales and technical benefits to the market
  • market intelligence gathering - Contact customers via internet, LinkedIn, trade shows and forums
  • create leads and qualify them as far a possible
