providing an administration function for the business
organising training as required, mainly for the Operations Department but with other occasional training for other departments
we are seeking a full time office based Office Administrator to work in our office in Salford, Manchester. This role is key to the business and will support all areas of the business as well as support for the Office itself
provision of hotel booking, travel and any events requirements
provision and management of Company mobile telephones, PPE, catering /refreshments for meetings
ensure new starters have their equipment ready for use eg laptops, mobile phones, PPE, vehicles etc
arrange First Aid and Fire Marshall training
responsibility for the Edison House office administration, tidiness, identifying and rectifying H&S hazards H&S for the office, liaison with external companies eg shredding
