Responsibility
manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from clients
perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate records of transactions
prepare financial reports related to credit control activities, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts
collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes and improve cash management processes
conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting tasks as required
support budgeting processes by providing insights on accounts receivable trends and forecasts
Requirements
proven experience in credit control or a similar role within non-profit or governmental accounting sectors is advantageous
strong knowledge of financial concepts including double entry bookkeeping, cash management, payroll, budgeting, and technical accounting principles
proficiency in financial report writing and analysis with excellent attention to detail
familiarity with accounts payable processes and general ledger reconciliation is essential
experience using Xero is preferred
strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively
excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients effectively
ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
warehouse operative
Responsibility
load and unload goods from trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
move products within the warehouse to designated areas for storage or shipment
operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks, dump trucks, or tractor-trailers as needed
assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies
maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment or machinery
communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and any issues that arise
Requirements
previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
experience with commercial driving, delivery driving, or shuttle driving is a plus
mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is beneficial
familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is must
ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely
strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
must be able to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
