- yes Developments currently has 3 locations requiring ongoing maintenance to keep them to a high standard. The role is being offered on either a full time or part time basis
- we are looking for someone to replace our existing handyperson and the successful candidate will need to have all round good maintenance skills including decorating, furniture assembling, grounds maintenance and small plumbing jobs to name a few, together with a keen eye for detail
- we need someone who is pro-active and can identify small jobs on an ongoing basis and prevent them from becoming large issues
