Responsibility
- cold call businesses to introduce Yappl and our services
- sell and promote our range of next generation fibre and UC solutions
- qualify customers by following Yappl’s sales process and scripts
- manage a pipeline of call backs as well as all aspects of the customer sales process
- record all activities in Yappl’s CRM system
- follow up E-Shots and other marketing activities / campaigns
Requirements
- highly target driven with a desire to succeed
- A professional communicator with the ability to engage with decision makers at all levels
- keen to learn about the business and our products
- passionate about sharing your knowledge with potential customers
- computer literate with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
