Requirements
- experience working in a commercial kitchen
- passion for food & cooking
- calm & methodical working approach
- up to date on current and upcoming food trends
- keen interest on what sustainability means in a café environment and adapting our weekly offering to suit what’s seasonally available
- baking and patisserie
- stock control, & waste management
- hold intermediate level 2 food safety certificate
