Responsibility

  • manage kitchen staff and assist in daily operations
  • prepare food to the chef’s specifications
  • set up and operation of equipment
  • clean equipment and equipment stations, tables, floors, and work areas
  • other duties as assigned by the Yahya & Yousaf Brothers Ltd management team
  • cleaning duties- sweep floors, empty trash, pick up trash throughout the day, take out trash in the evening, clean dishes and silverware, wash glassware and other non-glassware
