excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to and learn new software and tools quickly
high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Responsibility
data Management: Organize and maintain data related to yacht intelligence projects, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility
research and Reporting: Conduct market research and provide reports on industry trends, competitors, and relevant news to support strategic decision-making
documentation: Prepare and update various company documents, presentations, and reports as required
administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and handling correspondence
project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects related to yacht intelligence technology, ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and project documentation is maintained accurately
office Management: Help maintain the office environment, including supplies inventory, office equipment, and vendor management
training Support: Assist in organizing training sessions for employees on new tools, processes, and systems related to yacht intelligence
