Responsibility

  • Y&R SALON LTD is looking for a Hair Stylist to join our team
  • we are a boutique salon that prides ourselves on providing the highest quality of service in the Pudsey area
  • our stylists are experienced, knowledgeable, and provide the best hair care for our clients
  • manage inventory by ordering supplies when necessary
  • perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • hair Stylist training is a plus
  • ability to build rapport with clients; strong communication skills required
  • this includes written communication, listening skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills
  • must be able to work well in a team environment with varying schedules and levels of work requiring flexibility
  • sales experience helpful but not required
  • excellent knowledge of hair care products and methods; preferred by us. Hair straightening, curling, and relaxer treatments are provided. We will train the right candidate on all our products. Hair treatment tools are also provided
  • customer-oriented approach to business development and customer service. We treat each client like an individual, not just another name on the register
  • stylist: 1 year
