Responsibility

  • assist Clinical Lead / Nurse in the performances of their duties as required
  • report and record the wellbeing of service users
  • guide, train and supervise junior staff members
  • assist and participate in assessment and evaluation of service users care and welfare
  • attend meetings as directed by the manager
  • helping patients with physical and mobility problems by providing suitable aids and personal equipment
  • assist patients who need help and encourage them to be self- sufficient
  • take necessary steps for prevention of bed sores to vulnerable patients
