Responsibility

  • it is a varied role dealing with numerous customers and systems on a daily basis
  • provide IT support to our customers remotely and occasionally onsite
  • liaise with our customers regarding their support tickets and keep them updated
  • manage your daily workload using our ticketing system
  • take customer calls and raise support tickets
  • ensure that support tickets are dealt with in accordance with our customer service level agreements
  • we are currently looking for an individual with strong Windows desktop and Office 365 skills to join our IT Support Team, who provide end-user IT support to our customers
  • the ideal candidate would be a good IT problem solver who enjoys working with end users to resolve their IT related issues

Requirements

  • strong and methodical problem-solving skills
  • strong communication skills
  • A customer service focused approach to supporting customers
  • ability to understand and explain problems to users
  • A well-rounded understanding of the Windows operating system and troubleshooting
  • A good understanding TCP / IP and Ethernet Networking
  • technical support: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
