Responsibility

  • provide pre-sales support to sales-people and other departments
  • responding to customer quote requests and completing them to a high level of technical detail
  • contribute to Internal IT, including projects and support
  • designing solutions to fulfil customer requirements
  • build and Implementation of technical solutions
  • providing technical support to customers and internal staff
  • maintain opportunity pipeline and deal positions within the CRM
  • generate strong relationships within customer and prospect base

Requirements

  • firewalls, routers, switches, wireless and SDN/NMS products from Juniper Networks, Cisco, Palo Alto or SonicWall
  • azure, AWS or Office 365
  • hyper-V or VMWare vSphere
  • produced quotations and input on responses to tenders, RFI's, RFPs, and other response formats
  • strong problem-solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions and outcomes
