  • due to exceptional growth of our call centre, we're expanding our contact centre operations and especially interested in applications from individuals with call centre experience
  • this would be pro rota to a 20 hour week
  • as a Customer Service Collections Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans
  • we are holding interviews now for an intake of Monday 11th September
  • to be successful you will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to reach the best and fair resolution for our customers
