• work with the Director to agree targets for prospecting
• there is an increasing appetite among employer organisations to recruit for themselves and avoid recruiting fees
• engage targets to generate interest, qualify needs and close business
• our challenge is to become the preferred ATS supplier to care and education, but not to the exclusion of other markets
• demonstrate CVMinder ATS to prospective customers online via MS Teams
