Responsibility
- be the point of contact for our distributors and assist account managers within the

- ensure that customer orders are processed and acknowledged correctly and speedily

- deal with incoming sales enquiries positively and speedily and ensure they are taken as far as possible, maximizing the proportion of orders received
Requirements
- educated to GCSE level or above
- previous experience in a sales admin role is highly valued
- exceptional customer service skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
