Responsibility

  • locating accounting information within the ERP systems to provide information for tax returns
  • getting support and preparing analysis for tax sensitive items
  • preparing tax disclosures for statutory accounts including deferred tax calculations
  • reviewing and analysing tax balances for financial statements
  • preparing tax account reconciliations

  • preparing journals for tax accounts
  • preparing and submitting corporation tax returns for several jurisdictions and working with external advisors on the preparation and submission of corporation returns for other jurisdictions

Requirements

  • qualified CTA/ACA/ACCA
  • top 10 accounting firm experience
  • significant PQE required
  • knowledge and experience working on tax returns and filings
  • knowledge and experience of current and deferred tax for tax reporting
  • knowledge and experience of accounting so can understand accounting records
  • experience with using ERP systems
  • experience of working with or in international groups advantageous
