Responsibility
- act as a first line advisor in the resolution of grievance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations
- provide proactive advice for the management regarding employee relations
- assist the with HR projects and initiatives in support of key objectives and business plans
- producing accurate and timely reports to the business including analysing data and providing feedback to the business areas accordingly
- proactively advise on business improvements where required
Requirements
- CIPD qualified or working towards desirable
- experience in a generalist HR role
- managing employee relation cases through to completion
- understanding of HR policies and procedures
- strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with managers across the business
