  • completing supplier statement reconciliations and setting up supplier payment runs
  • preparing sales invoices for contracted income and chasing payment when necessary
  • assisting with payroll preparation
  • maintaining a fixed asset register and register of leases for vehicles
  • general financial admin as necessary
