  • manage all marketing campaigns, oversee the marketing assistant and create quarterly calendars with upcoming activities
  • manage the marketing budget and allocation - identify trends and insights, optimise spending and performance based on the insights
  • measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals
  • manage and update the website news, articles, images and restaurant menu -maintaining best practices for SEO and user optimisation
  • design all print and digital marketing flyers and posters
  • oversee the weekly email campaigns and growth of our marketing database
  • plan and execute all paid ad campaigns including Google search, Google display, social media ads, regularly updating visuals and ads depending on active marketing campaigns
  • oversee the design, build and maintenance of our social media presence – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, sustaining the growth of engagement and followers
