Responsibility

  • working directly under under our Finance Director your responsibilities will be
  • process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
  • reconcile supplier statements weekly / monthly and resolve any discrepancies
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, sending
  • respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
  • logging invs on internal purchase invoice tracker
  • approval of invoices

Requirements

  • accounts payable: 2 years
